Event Description
Customer complaint handling can either be a painful burden to be endured, or an effective way to save/keep customer business while building employee skills, and sense of ownership for easier/better running processes. The second approach, “couldn’t be easier,” means customer complaints are leveraged to benefit all customers, not just the complainer while highlighting an actual, successful process using simple tools and techniques to turn around a degrading business situation.
